An initial visit for psychiatric evaluation, and individualized treatment plan to your symptoms based on the evidence based treatment. We accept private insurance like Optum, United Healthcare, Oxford, Cigna, Aetna, Horizon BCBS of NJ, and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, or cash payment for initial evaluation. A superbill will be provided for you to reimburse if you are out of network. Call your insurance first for the type of coverage with us. A medication management follow up will be 2-4 weeks after the initial evaluation.
